Contributions to CIHRM

During my time at the institute, I have actively sought to enhance the
community of HR professionals and support the objectives of the
institute. I have recommended and referred several individuals to
both the main program and the periodic training sessions, helping to
expand our network and enrich our learning environment.
Additionally, after obtaining my certification, I applied to become a
teaching assistant. This role was to allow me to directly support the
teaching staff and contribute directly to the capacity building pursuits
of upcoming HR practitioners.
I am deeply committed to the institute’s goals, and I believe that
serving as a council member would enable me to contribute even
more significantly to our collective objectives. I am eager to bring my
experience and passion to this role, ensuring that we continue to
foster a vibrant and supportive community
