  • Spearheaded the professionalization of the Human Resources function at World Vision Ghana.
  • Led the standardization of Human Resources practices across 16 countries during my tenure as Regional HR Director, in World Vision.
  • Served on the Public Sector Reforms Committee chaired by the late Mr. J.H Mensah.
  • Actively contributed as the only female member of the National Peace Council.
  • Appointed Chairman of the Central University Council.
  • Member of the International Board of African Enterprise.
  • Honored as an Honorary Fellow of the Boardroom Institute by the Graduate School of Governance and Leadership.
  • Awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Christian Women Fellowship International
