Immediate Past President of the Rotary Club of Accra- Airport East where we undertook and exceeded our community projects in the Rotary Year – 2023-2024).

  • Significant changes/reengineering of internal business processes within the HR Department of our Recruitment Process
  • Development & Implementation of HR SOPPs with the introduction of a Code of Ethics and Business Conduct
  • Management of the development of our Electronic Performance Management System. (E-PMS)
  • Introduction of the Employee Assistance Program to SIC Life
  • Establishment of an effective HSSE Unit within the HR & Admin Department
